Conference fee schedule
Prices are listed in EUR and apply to one registration.
The fee depends on the type of participant and the payment deadline (early-bird/standard/late). The fee for the second and subsequent contributions is charged separately.
Participant (full):
- Early-bird (until July 31, 2026): 450€
- Standard (from August 1, 2026 to October 6, 2026): 500€
- Late (from October 7, 2026) / On site: 550€
Student (doctoral): 320€
Accompanying person: 200€
The prices listed are conference registration fees. Accommodation and transportation are not included.

The registration fee includes:
The conference fee includes all-inclusive services: Publication costs associated with publishing of the conference proceedings in Engineering Proceedings which will be submitted to Web of Science and Scopus for evaluation and possible indexing. Selected manuscripts will be published in Archives of Foundry Engineering.
The fee also includes:
- Participant materials and program
- Meals: dinner on October 14, 2026, lunch on October 15, 2026, and social evening on October 15, 2026
- Coffee breaks and lunch breaks during the professional program
- Admission to accompanying professional events
- Participation in the social evening
- Access to the Aquapark for guests staying at Hotel Bešeňová (more information here)
- Access to cable cars in Jasná and the High Tatras for guests staying at Hotel Bešeňová (more information here)
The fee does not include: accommodation, transportation, individual/special hotel services.

Discount on conference fee
We have prepared attractive discounts on conference fees for you. If you register and pay the conference fee by July 31, 2026 (Early-bird), you will pay only €450.
Discounts on conference fees for doctoral students
We have also prepared attractive discounts for doctoral students. They will pay only €320 for all standard services offered as part of the Modern Metallurgy 2026 conference.
Discounts on accommodation at Hotel Bešeňová
If you would like to book your accommodation during the Modern Metallurgy 2026 conference directly at the venue of the conference, we have prepared attractive discounts for you in cooperation with Hotel Bešeňová, which you can obtain during online booking by entering the promo code MM2026. After submitting your application, you will receive an email with details on how to pay the conference fee.

On-site payment:
Only in exceptional cases; a surcharge of €10 may be applied for on-site payments.
Billing details and process
To issue an invoice, please include the following information in your registration: name of organization/person, billing address, company ID number/VAT ID number (if assigned), contact email address, and telephone number. Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email within 5 business days of receipt of payment. Upon request, we will issue a pro forma invoice. We will send the tax document electronically after receipt of payment.
