Application procedure:

Ako sa k nám dostanete
By car: From the D1 highway, take the Liptovský Mikuláš or Ivachnová exit and continue towards Bešeňová. Follow the signs for "Bešeňová." There are reserved parking spaces for participants at the hotel.
By public transportation: Take the train to Liptovský Mikuláš or Ružomberok station, then take the bus to the Bešeňová stop (10-20 min). The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Parking: The hotel car park has limited capacity. Follow the instructions of the organizers. If the car park is full, we recommend using the municipal car park near the water park.

The price of your stay at Hotel Bešeňová includes cable car tickets for the resorts of Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, and Starý Smokovec, as well as admission to the Tatralandia water park. The offer does not apply to the day of arrival (check-in) and the number of tickets is equal to the number of nights during the stay. Tickets are non-transferable and on a given day it is possible to use tickets for cable cars in Jasná or in the High Tatras, as well as admission to one of the Tatralandia or Bešeňová water parks during current operating hours. The current status and operation of cable cars and ski slopes is published on the websites www.vt.sk and www.jasna.sk. The opening hours of the water parks are published on the websites www.besenova.com and www.tatralandia.sk.
The use of cable car tickets and water park admissions is conditional upon the registration of all members of the reservation over the age of 6 in the Gopass program prior to arrival. If you are not yet a Gopass member, simply register at www.gopass.travel. Gopass cards will then be issued to registered persons. The Gopass card costs €3. If you already have a Gopass card, please bring it with you.
Meals during the conference
The participation fee includes coffee breaks and light refreshments according to the program. Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation and is not included in the conference fee. Lunch (October 15, 2026) and dinner (October 14, 2026, and October 15, 2026) will be served buffet style in the hotel restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available—please indicate your preference on the registration form.
Additional services
Guests can enjoy the Bešeňová wellness and water park. We recommend booking in advance at the reception desk. There are cafés and small bistros nearby that are open until the evening. Fast Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. Read more about other attractions in the area here.
